System requirements
Passpaw is a cloud based software application that only requires a web browser and reliable internet connection.
Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (Free Version) is also required
For PDF viewing and editing. Online version not fully supported
Account Set-Up
Currently, we only offer assisted account creation, where we onboard the practice and create the main owner account. The owner or admin will be able to add veterinarians, supervisors and staff members as needed.
Accessing Passpaw
Visit www.passpaw.com and click Login on the top right
Navigating the Dashboard
Upon logging in, the practice dashboard displays existing applications or where a new application can be added. Under the Application tab, the columns can be sorted by clicking on the Title
VEHCS Integration
This feature allows the practice to seamlessly create certificates in the Veterinary Export Health Certification System (VEHCS) via Passpaw, saving you more time in the health certificate process. Certificates submitted via Passpaw can also be accessed by Passpaw Support.
