Step 1: Client Email from Passpaw
Once the practice has created an application, the client (pet parent) will receive and email to access their application in order to complete their initial three tasks: Add Traveler Details, Add Trip Details and Add Pets on the Trip
Step 2: Requesting a Login Code
Click the "Get Started" button on the email to request a login code to the application. The practice does not keep nor maintain any client passwords.
***Codes are single-use only and valid for 2 hours***
Step 3: Accessing the Application
Once the Log-In Code is requested, the client will receive a second email with the code to use or they can simply click on the Log-In Button in the email.
Step 4: Acknowledgement of Service
Upon logging in, you will be need to read and acknowledge some important information about pet travel. These key points have been added to Passpaw, on behalf of the practice, to help establish expectations about the dynamic nature of pet travel and your responsibilities in the process.
